The Laramar Group, a leading national real estate investment firm, completed the acquisition of a 294-unit multifamily community in Chicago’s west suburban market. The Easton Downers Grove is located at 2845 Easton St. in Downers Grove, IL, part of an established, infill market in Southeast DuPage County. FPA Multifamily, LLC sold the asset.

Laramar completed the acquisition of a three-building medical office portfolio, totaling 83,078 square feet, in the high-growth Boise, ID market. This multi-tenant portfolio is the second acquisition for the Laramar Medical Properties Fund II and the firm’s tenth medical office acquisition overall.

Laramar completes disposition of two multifamily properties totaling 414 units in the greater Chicago area. Comprehensive renovation programs were completed on each property, including a condo deconversion of one property, as part of value-add strategies to reposition the assets for today’s market.
