To capitalize on growing urbanization trends in major markets, we launched a specialized management platform that brings sophisticated techniques to a historically mom and pop industry. We developed our own brand for the distinctive resident profile and product type, and named it Local by Laramar.

Over 30 affordable communities and 6,000 units. We established an affordable housing division to focus on this increasingly important segment of the industry. We provide the highest level of integrated compliance, and focus on the acquisition of existing properties and portfolios seeking new third-party management. By investing in the largest volume of tax credit properties in the US, we’ve created a division structured on higher cap rates and consistent cash flow.
