Exciting Laramar Executive Team Promotions

Laramar is excited to announce  the recent promotion of key senior leaders within our organization.  Josh Harris has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer and Jeanne Schwab to Chief Operating Officer. Both Josh and Jeanne have been integral in building a solid leadership team here at Laramar over the past several years.

As Chief Financial Officer Josh will continue to play a key role in the leadership at Laramar, and will remain the head of Financial Planning and Analysis, Learning and Development, and Construction Management departments. During his time with Laramar he continually took on new roles that showcased his ability to Own It, optimizing processes and being a go-to for all things Laramar, inside and outside of accounting. Josh brought a fresh perspective to these groups with a focus on consistency, collaboration, and communication. Josh truly embodies the Be What’s Next value, continually helping to improve his departments and always coming up with new ideas that not only positively impact the business operations, but also often bolsters our company culture.

Jeanne Schwab has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer.. Jeanne started with Laramar initially in 2010 as the Vice President of the Western Region, and after a short hiatus from the company, returned in January of 2018 as SVP of Operations. Jeanne’s was instrumental in  rebuilding and stabilizing our Operations platform and brought new energy to the Laramar leadership team. Earlier this year, Jeanne was tasked with overseeing all property operations and her always present Stay Nimble attitude ensured it was yet another smooth and successful transition. Jeanne is the perfect example of our Make It Happen value and her calm, steady, thoughtful approach has certainly helped prepare Laramar for a fantastic future.
