Impressive Promotions in Laramar's FP&A Department

We are excited to announce two promotions in the FP&A world!  Congratulations to Sam Tucker who has been promoted to Director of Portfolio Analysis, reporting to Josh Harris.  Sam started with Laramar in December of 2016 as a Due Diligence Analyst where he focused on asset management due diligence and reporting.  He quickly became an integral part of the Asset Management and FP&A teams, and after 3 years, was promoted to a Senior Financial Analyst.  As Laramar has continued to evolve, a need was identified for someone to focus on the strategy, forward-looking KPI’s and statistics, and analyze the impact of strategy changes on portfolio financial performance.  Leveraging his strong analytical skills and solid foundation in asset management, we are excited to see all the ways Sam contributes to the business in his new role.

In addition, Zach Adams has been promoted to Director of Finance, also reporting to Josh Harris.  Zach was hired as an Investment Accountant in November 2016, where he helped Karen Lang with upper tier entity accounting and structure, and investor reporting. In 2017, Zach transitioned into Asset Management where he worked closely on asset management reporting, business plan review, and overall strategy of our owned portfolios. In addition to working with Asset Management, Zach also become the resident expert on all things related to debt and financing. Zach’s attention to detail and trusted, Make It Happen attitude established a solid reputation within the business, and we look forward to seeing the impact he makes in his new position.
