Laramar Acquires Oakwood Medical Park in Austin, TX

We are pleased to announce the acquisition of the Oakwood Medical Park, a 36,097 SF value-add, on-campus medical office building in Austin, TX! This represents the first investment in Laramar Medical Properties, a $55M venture which was established to pursue medical office buildings and life sciences real estate across the U.S.

The property is located in a medical enclave on the campus of St. David’s Round Rock Hospital and only a few miles from Dell Computer’s world headquarters and Apple’s new $1B Austin campus. We are excited to be working with a tenant roster of diversified medical specialties including women’s health, neurorehabilitation, family medicine, and non-invasive pain management.
