Laramar's Investment Team Announces Internal Promotions

October 9, 2020 | We are pleased to announce the promotion of two members of the Investments team:

Tom Filkin is being promoted to Associate. Tom has been with Laramar for over two years. He has been involved in our evaluation of multiple potential investments in Chicago, L.A., Minneapolis, and Nashville, and was integral to our acquisition of Luna Park and Palma Ceia. Tom has also become a thought leader in our exploration of new asset types for Laramar.

Zack Runk is being promoted to Senior Analyst.  Zack has also been with Laramar for just over two years, and has been involved in our Denver, D.C, and Florida deal pursuits.  He made important contributions to all of our Denver acquisitions in 2018 and 2019, as well as the acquisition of Stillwater Palms and Trillium.

Both Tom and Zack bring tremendous insight, drive, and innovation to everything they do. They are a big part of how we “Make it Happen” in the Investments group.  Please join us in congratulating Tom and Zack on their promotions!
